At PostFaster, we want you to be completely satisfied with our service. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for subscription cancellations and refunds.

2. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your PostFaster subscription at any time through your account settings. When you cancel:

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
  • You will retain access to all paid features until the billing period ends
  • No further charges will be made after the current billing period expires
  • Your account will automatically revert to the free plan (if available) at the end of the period

3. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers:

  • If you are not satisfied with PostFaster, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase
  • This guarantee applies only to your first subscription payment
  • To request a refund, contact our support team at [email protected] within 14 days of purchase
  • Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method

4. Refunds for Billing Errors

If you believe you have been charged in error, we will investigate and issue a refund if appropriate:

  • Duplicate charges will be refunded in full
  • Charges made after cancellation will be refunded
  • Incorrect subscription tier charges will be corrected

5. No Refunds for Partial Months

Except for the 14-day money-back guarantee and billing errors, we do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods:

  • No pro-rated refunds are provided for unused time

6. Annual Subscription Refunds

For annual subscriptions:

  • The 14-day money-back guarantee applies to new annual subscriptions
  • After 14 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable
  • You may cancel at any time, and your subscription will remain active until the end of the annual period
  • Exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis for extenuating circumstances

7. Downgrading Plans

If you downgrade from a higher-tier plan to a lower-tier plan:

  • The downgrade takes effect at the end of your current billing period
  • No refunds or credits are provided for the difference in plan pricing
  • You retain access to your current plan's features until the billing period ends

8. Account Termination by PostFaster

If PostFaster terminates your account for violation of our Terms of Service:

  • No refunds will be provided
  • You will lose access to the Service immediately
  • All content and data may be deleted

If PostFaster discontinues the Service or terminates accounts for business reasons, we will provide pro-rated refunds for any unused subscription time.

9. Payment Processing Fees

Please note that payment processing fees charged by third-party payment processors (such as Stripe) are non-refundable. When we issue a refund, you will receive the full amount minus any processing fees that cannot be recovered.

  3. Provide any relevant details about billing errors or issues

11. Service Credits

In some cases, we may offer service credits instead of refunds:

  • Credits can be applied to future subscription payments
  • Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value
  • Credits must be used within 12 months of issuance
  • Unused credits are forfeited upon account closure

12. Exceptions and Special Circumstances

We understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. If you believe you qualify for a refund outside of this policy:

  • Include any supporting documentation
  • Requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis
  • Decisions are at PostFaster's sole discretion

13. Free Trial Period

If we offer a free trial period:

  • You will not be charged during the trial period
  • You may cancel at any time during the trial without being charged
  • If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be automatically charged for the subscription
  • The 14-day money-back guarantee begins from the date of the first charge, not the trial start date

14. Changes to This Refund Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Material changes will be communicated via email to active subscribers.
